Bartlesville Crime Stoppers needs your help to capture its Fugitive of the Week, Cody Michael Stephenson. Stephenson is wanted on five warrants in Washington County, one in Nowata County, and also on a warrant from Walker County, Texas. The Washington County charges include Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Bail Jumping, Assault with a Deadly Weapon after former conviction of a felony, Shooting With Intent to Kill, and Possession of a Firearm After Former Conviction. Total bond on the Washington County charges is 1 million 500 thousand dollars. The Nowata County charge is Probation Violation which carries a 250 thousand dollar bond.
Stephenson is described as a 22 year-old light-skinned black male 5-feet 7-inches tall weighing 155 pounds. Authorities say he is wanted and possibly armed. Stephenson has both ears pierced and wears a gold grill on his top teeth. He has noticeable freckles on his face. He also has tatoos on both forearms, under his left ear, and on his upper chest.
